Digital codes are usually delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Game top-ups, however, are processed manually between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Algeria time). All purchases are considered final once a code is delivered or a top-up has begun. Refunds are only possible in specific cases such as duplicate payments or verified technical errors not caused by the customer.
