When do I receive my digital code?+

Gift card orders are delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation, usually within a few seconds.

How does the game top-up flow work?+

Select the product and amount, provide the required game identifiers, then complete payment. Your request is tracked in your account and the order detail page.

Can I apply a creator code at checkout?+

Yes. Creator attribution can be selected in cart or checkout and is visible again in the order summary.

What happens if I enter the wrong game ID?+

If the order has not yet been processed, support can help correct it. Once a top-up has been fulfilled, it cannot be reversed.
